myrtille ferté

graduating from the toulouse school of architecture in 2003, myrtille has since worked in the netherlands for mecanoo architects, and london for drmm and waugh thistleton architects. she has experience at all levels of construction, from pitching winning schemes to design detail and construction strategy. with waugh thistleton she has been lecturing throughout france talking about learned experiences of building with structural timber, particularly in large scale projects.

john brown
designer, ba (hons)



originally from the windswept town of south shields at the mouth of the river tyne in england, john first studied interior design at the kent institute of art & design which included a scholarship in germany at the bauhaus university weimar. following this he lived and worked in the netherlands, working at mecanoo architects, and in 2004 he moved back to the uk. he worked for london based practices ryderhks and hlw before joining paul daly in hoxton where he learned the broadside of producing hand-crafted designs for independent businesses and maverick clients.
