We were asked to help the owner of a penthouse on the 5th floor roof of a former 1950’s warehouse in Southwark, in the shadow of the Shard. They had already received planning and wanted to build the approved scheme, a small extension.  






        We developed detailed and technical plans for Building Control Approval and tendered to interested building contractors. The extension was completed in 2017.
